Nathan, you are obviously entitled to order with any vendor you want, but to attack us this way is uncalled for. Our ordering policy is listed on the website, and it had clearly stated the online shopping cart was for US orders only. We are a small operation with only 1 person manning the store at any time. To ship your order would require we take 1-2 hours to go down to a post office to ship the parts - we do not usually ship by postal service, so it is not a matter of just stuffing the parts in an envelope, we do not even keep any stamps on hand. Other businesses may ship by postal service regularly, but we do not. Then there is potential post sales support we have to provide, what if the bleeders strip or break? We have had that happen a number of times before, and we always send replacements free of charge to the customer. We won't be able to do that in your case without making a big loss on your sale. Making the sale is one thing, providing the support afterwards is another, and that is what is important to us. From your point of view it seemed like a simple thing that you were asking us to do, but you do not see or understand how our business is operates, so please do not criticise us unfairly.
